Class Description

Did you just find out that you are pregnant?
Are you in the throws of the 1st trimester nausea blues?
Are you wondering how to find the right care provider for your pregnancy and birth?  

Homegrown Families’ Early Pregnancy Class will give you tools to help you prepare for a great pregnancy by starting early and focusing on and being more comfortable in your changing body through nutrition and exercise. We also explore fostering new connections and cultivating the support you need to have healthy and positive pregnancy! Join Jenna to bust some pregnancy myths and gain evidence based support. 

This class is designed for pregnant people with their partners to take anywhere between 8 and 28 weeks. It is a foundational class and a complement to our longer childbirth class series, which you should ideally begin between 28 and 36 weeks. 

**All classes will be in person at Homegrown Families Health & Education Center**

Class is from 6pm – 8pm EST
