New Mother’s/Father’s Support Groups

Parent with Courage – Support group for new mothers. Each Monday, 11 a.m. – 12:30 p.m; mom-to-mom support. The first Monday of each month is dedicated to Perinatal Mod and Anxiety Disorders (PMADs). Moms coping with PMAD are welcome to talk, listen, and share in the comfort of a safe space. Mother With Courage is facilitated by Homegrown Babies doulas on a rotating basis. *Currently on hold due to Covid-19. 

Moving Mamas – expectant and new moms walk and stretch, talk and listen, learn and support one another. Meets Wednesdays at 10 a.m. Carrier Park.
