Stroller Revolution

Join us for fun & functional workout group aimed at getting and keeping you moving!

Let’s get moving!

Remaining active or restarting activity are often a struggle in late pregnancy and the early postpartum period. Parent-to-Parent connection is the most ancient and trusted way for people to successfully ease their transition into parenthood. Join other parents and soon-to-be parents in this fun and functional workout group aimed at getting and keeping you moving, loving your body as it is, and connecting with one another. Stroller Revolution is peer led by a team of amazing mothers and some of the Homegrown Doulas!

Topics discussed will include:

  • Feeding Babies: Chest Feeding, Bottle Feeding, and Breastfeeding
  • Sleep (yours and the baby)
  • Adjusting to parenthood
  • Exercise and nutrition
  • Siblings
  • Much, much, more!

Come prepared to move! Comfortable clothing (workout wear) and athletic shoes are recommended. We will be outside so dress for the weather (baby too!).

Bring your stroller, baby carrier, water, and a snack.
